Do I need a card to start the free trial?

Yes. A card is required to begin, but nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. If you cancel in the app before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

No. ImpactDesk is month to month, and the account Owner can cancel anytime from the Billing page with no cancellation fee.

Your first charge is on the day your trial ends. After that, you are billed monthly on the same day of the month you signed up.

What happens when I add or remove users?

Users added during a billing cycle are charged for the remainder of that cycle. Removing a user takes effect immediately, with no refund for the rest of the cycle.

Is sales tax included in the price?

No. Prices exclude sales tax. Where tax applies, it is added to your invoice based on your billing ZIP code.

Who can use ImpactDesk?

ImpactDesk is built for the impact window and door industry, and any business or individual who agrees to our Terms can subscribe.

Is ImpactDesk available in Spanish?

Yes. Every screen can be switched between English and Spanish at any time.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your information at any time from the Export page in the app.

Does ImpactDesk work on phones and tablets?

Yes. ImpactDesk runs in any modern browser on computers, phones and tablets. On a phone you can add it to the home screen so it opens like an app.

Can I import my existing customers?

Yes. Save your customer list as a CSV file from Excel or Google Sheets and import it. ImpactDesk matches the columns and skips customers that are already saved.
