FAQ
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. A card is required to begin, but nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. If you cancel in the app before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Is there a contract?
No. ImpactDesk is month to month, and the account Owner can cancel anytime from the Billing page with no cancellation fee.
When am I billed?
Your first charge is on the day your trial ends. After that, you are billed monthly on the same day of the month you signed up.
What happens when I add or remove users?
Users added during a billing cycle are charged for the remainder of that cycle. Removing a user takes effect immediately, with no refund for the rest of the cycle.
